Christmas present Broken

I bought this a few days ago as a late Christmas present and it has already stopped working. The light switch and flip book no longer work after only 4 days of playing. I would like to get another one but I’m almost scared to because it may quit working also. Very expensive for it to break within less than a week and an hour to assemble. I got this as a therapy learning toy for my non verbal autistic son and his brother. I’m beyond upset of its quality. Structure itself is made well and is very cute but the wiring is horrible. I was also kind of upset that the toy already came the spots that were dirty from the factory. I don’t feel it’s right I have to assemble this thing which will take over an hour just so I can return it to the store to get another one to assemble it to see if it’ll work out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HUGE Disappointment

I bought this a week before Christmas. I searched everywhere as most stores in my area were sold out. Yesterday i took it out of the box and was dissapointed with the quality. there were scratches all over the plastic parts and the stickers were poorly put on however I continued to assemble it. Today I was with my son playing with the house and it seems like the features do not work properly. There is no sound when opening or closing door, the doorbell doesn't seem to work properly. Some features work sometimes. I am highly disappointed not only because this item was costly but I feel a waste of time searching for item to buy then assemble item to find scratches and dirt all over item (box was closed). I refuse to dissemble the item to return it to Target. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!

appears unfinished and underwhelming for the price

We have owned previous Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Homes for our older children, so I was excited to purchase this for our 4th child for Christmas. My husband put it together Christmas night, so the first time I saw it was Christmas morning. I immediately asked him if he forgot to put stickers on, as much of the frame of the home is visually uninteresting and is just plastic with exposed screws. This makes the home appear unfinished. The activities are not very stimulating and although they mimic some of the activities from past laugh and learn homes, they seem to be of a lesser quality and very sparsely placed throughout the home. We have not even had the home a month and the doorbell and #1,2&3 buttons do not work. Overall this home is a true disappointment (especially when I know what the prior homes were like). I am so sad this house did not work out for my little one, as my other children loved their houses. I am going to see if I can return this to Target.

No value for money

I assembled this house a few days ago for my 6 month old daughter, she loves to hear the abc music. Today the house randomly says the colors when the buttons were not even touched. That scared me since it’s in my living room and it was quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some features don’t work on this

We bought this and there are like 5 features that don’t work! Hopefully we can return it and get a new one! All in all very neat and cute for any busy toddler

Half of it doesn’t work

We got this for my 10 month old daughter for Christmas this year, I just got around to putting it together and I realized half of it doesn’t work so I had to take everything apart and put it back in the box so I could exchange it only to find out target doesn’t carry this product anymore. I was instructed to call fisher prices since they warranty their products but I can’t ever seem to get anyone on the phone... I just want one that works 100% for 149 dollars you think that would be possible.

Fun but dysfunctional

My son received the Smart Learning Home as a Christmas gift fromhis uncle. He enjoys playing with it but half of the house doesn’t work. The mailbox won’t stay closed or register when it is open and closed. The large light switch does not work. The person who gave the gift lives hundred of miles away and drove with the gift. We do not have the heart to tell him it doesn’t work properly. For the price, there are better toys that work properly.

Great features! Questionable durability.

My son got the smart learning home for Christmas. He adores playing with it. Unfortunately, the light switch has seemed to stop working. It was one of his favorite features, I do not know if there is any way to fix or replace the part, we will need to contact fisher price. We tried changing the batteries, the surrounding features all work, so we’re at a loss. It has only been out and played with for two months at the most.
I would recommend this to a friend!
