Not all features seem to work. Really quiet.

I received it for my daughters first birthday a few days ago and my daughter loves it; however, it’s really quiet and the mailbox doesn’t stay up. When it’s on the loudest setting it still can’t be heard over the car (on the lowest volume setting). The home does recognize the car when you press the home button (on the car) but won’t recognize the car when it pulls up. The doorbell doesn’t always work either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My seven-month-old son (and his big brother and sister, ages 5 and 3) really enjoys playing with this toy. The features are varied enough that while he's entertained by chewing on some of the pieces and using it to pull himself to standing, the bigger kids turn the level up and work on their French (our family spends a great deal of time there, so the multi-language component is great). I think the toy will be useful for quite awhile as far as age range goes. My only complaints are that this thing is GIANT, and that it uses batteries. I would love to see something that could recharge with a USB and/or plug into the wall rather than using batteries.

Not worth $150

So this wasn’t a free product for me and it sucks. Imagine that. The door electrical doesn’t work. I double checked the connection and NOPE. I read this was a common problem. I’m calling customer service and will report back their solution.

Good toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toy about 3 months ago and I've waited to write a review until now because I wanted to see how it really held up over time. I have 3 kids, ages 4, 2, and 1. They are understandably rough on toys. This really has held up well! Plus, it's something that all 3 like to play with together, which is a major win in my book. It very obviously appeals to a large age group. My only complaint about it is the mailbox won't stay closed. Other than that it's been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s ok.

I purchased the Smart Home as a Christmas gift for my boys after purchasing the Smart Car and learning they interact with each other. Huge disappointment in that area. Seems to be a connectivity issue all around. The doorbell and shapes with number buttons only work sometimes. We have tried every suggestion possible to get the car and home to interact with no results. Apparently several people have had similar issues. The mail box won’t stay closed either. Thankfully everything else on the home is functional and my boys love it! Hopefully they resolve this issue because it really is an awesome product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing screws

My baby got it as a Christmas gift I was so excited and when we opened it to build it the screws were missing so it’s just sitting there in the box

Pretty great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 1 year loves this house and so does her cousins who are 3 and 5. She loves putting the mail in the mailbox and the shapes in the recycling. She also loves the songs it plays on her "playlist". My only complaint is the doorway. There is a slant going in and out of the house, she just learned to walk and this always trips her and makes her fall. I've recently noticed her avoiding the doorway altogether and just going in on the sides. I feel it would have been better without anything there or a taller arch. Another thing that frustrates her is the balls in the "rain gutter?"don't fit in the circle of the recycling, I know it's not suppose to but now that she knows shapes goin shape holes she gets mad those don't fit even though they are right next to each other.

Chocking hazard

I bought this for my nephew and after putting it together the lamp and door bell quit working so now I’m going to have to take it apart to see about the connection wire which is very hard to get to after you’ve put it together. Then the red button that goes up and down on the the temp. Broke off which is a huge choking hazard. There is no way to reattach it. I’m super bummed it was an expensive toy and already out of the box broken.
