Pros
Nice burners and oven. Solid door.
Cons
LP conversion directions are minimal. Only 2 of four LP orifices were included. The backsplash and drawer are both weak. The screws included to secure the backsplash were too small. The drawer isn’t big enough to hold but the smallest of pots and pans. The guides for the drawer are poorly designed. The drawer just doesn’t sit as well as it should. These two items should’ve been designed better for a product at this price point

Oven sucks

Oven doesn't heat properly. Got an oven thermometer and the heat just goes down the hotter you try to get it the cooler it gets. 1 1/2 hours to barely bake a small eggplant.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your range by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and stabilize the temperature in the oven, this will require service by a qualified technician. Sorry I bought it

when baking too much heat loss. Oven dose not cook food evenly on convection mode. control panel gets too hot due to heat loss from over. Oven door gasket dose not keep heat in.

Burners are great, oven is poor

I have had GE appliances for over 30 years. I bought the Haier Gas/Convection stove to replace my 22 year old GE Gas Stove. I paid more than $400 more for it than the other GE or other manufacturers because I mistakenly thought it was a high end stove.
I have only used the oven part maybe five times since I took delivery in January 2019. It cooks very unevenly, not matter how much I follow the troubleshooting instructions provided by the manufacturer. It will burn the outside and the internal temp is lukewarm. I have tried different temperatures, let it heat up longer (25 minutes), made sure my oven thermometer indicated it was the right temperature, cooked it longer than the recipe calls for by various times, tried regular and convection, and it still doesn't cook properly.
Biggest waste of money and so disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Apon installation descovered several problems. Broken stove top grate, missing screws in body panels broken oven control knobs under stove top, and defective oven igniter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchase 2 months ago and already needed repair. This new appliance don’t have the quality, that old appliances did. This new electronics are not reliable at all. You only buy for looks. But the quality is not there.

Bought to replace a much more expensive 24” range and so far really like it . Heats evenly and looks great.

This is a great little range!

I love this range! It is beautiful and functional! The range top has a lot of space, the burners light easily, and the oven heats up very quickly. The oven has two racks instead of just one, like the last one I had. I just wish it came with the broiler pan! A plus is that the oven steam cleans with a very small amount of water so that I don't have to get rubber gloves and chemical oven cleaner to get it clean! The interior glass is sealed so I don't have to worry about grease and grime getting inside between the glass layers, unlike some ranges where the glass is open at the top where grease and grime can get in but you can't get in there to clean it! It is a mighty powerful little range that is small enough for a tiny kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!
