We were very disappointed that the roasting pan did not come with the nut crusted lamb shanks with root vegetables. Other than that, it performs wonderfully. Love the fact that it goes into the dishwasher!

Pan was used once and had discolored patches , rainbow like colored streaks through it which couldn’t be removed ( tried several times using various products ) . Had heat on 450 for 1/2 hr then 300 for 2 hours. Obviously it’s functional but thought the “new” look of the pan would last a bit longer than once use.

Nice but concerned!

I like the pan, perfect size...One concern though after only my first use of it cooking 2 lamb chops on the included rack, unfortunately, on the bottom of the pan below where the cops were cooking it left a very big amount of discoloring that will not come out even with scrubbing using a saft pad. Now the bottom of my pan is two-tone, one a lighter gray and where the lamb cops were cooked about 30% of the pan is a darker gray...This doesn't sound normal to me and I am concern the metal has a defect and might not be food-safe anymore...Can a customer service agent address my concern?
