Hate this phone never works properly pay way to much on a fixed social security as soon as phone is paid will switch

I bought this Samsung cell phone because my last one CRASHED. I have tried and tried to synchronize my abilities with this phone. It isn't happening. I have not been able to stabilize my passwords. I end up having to change them almost daily. Then I get locked out. I am locked out of ATT now. Where to go? My world is ruined!! It is nice to look at.

really bad product. processor is very slow. call quality is poor. speaker quality is poor. bluetooth continuously disconnects. delay in connection of call connect. overall really poor product. would not connect to galaxy watch or buds. do not buy this product. you will be dissapointes unless you are a 10 year old. i

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had thus phone for a very long time and I love it. It's been a great phone. I love my Samsungs and will never get anything else. I will be excited to upgrade soon as I need more internal storage. I'll upgrade to another Samsung for sure!
