I bought this phone and I am pleasantly surprised by how well it works. The display is beautiful, it runs a good processor, has a nice sleek design, and very affordable. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of this phone.

I bought this thing 2 weeks ago and haven't had anything but problems with it
Hotspot won't work. Internet won't work half of the time .Continually trying to connect to the internet..Very slow

I do not like this phone. Wish I had never bought it. The screen fades on its own
( brightness), the ims constantly runs, the keyboard is ultra sensitive, don't like the side button to open phone, dropped calls already, on and on.

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH BLUETOOTH, WHEN I CONNECT THE TELEPHONE TO A BLUETOOTH DEVICE, AN INTERFERENCE IS LISTED THAT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THE DEVICE, WHEN I MAKE A CALL WITH A BLUETOOTH DEVICE I CAN NOT USE IT. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I can't believe this smart phone does not come with the ability to tap on and tap off. It this day and age of technology pressing buttons to turn a phone on is old school. You have wear and tear on the power button This is a feature you would expect in a flip phone not a smartphone.. Returning this phone because of this missing feature.

unfortunately, like it's predecessor, my J7, it does not have sea legs, or it thought that it was a fish out of water. I had JUST lost a BRAND NEW phone to the Gulf and not had this new one even a week, when it obliviously decided to become a kamikaze cell, to live happily ever after with 7 mermaids
