I want my down payment back

Here lately when i am on this phone it does what it want to do and i have to shout it down and restart it back up to get back on track. Then I purchase a NFC ring and this phone doesn't have NFC capability at all , so I am highly upset . Then the picture quality sucks as well. I don't want to do a hard reset because of how its a been malfunctioning lately. The screen gets stuck in middle of whatever you are doing, when you try to go back on click on something else it like what the heck is going on. I am so through with this phone. I just wish that the reviews from the manufacturers own up to what it say it does because the reviews is what sell business to future customer and the customers are the people with the last say. Thanks..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the phone, Fast and responsive. Is likely similar to the Samsung note 8. The CPU is a not snapdragon hence your not paying the Qualcomm premium. Litography is 28nm vs 14nm of Snap so the battery may not last quite as long but for 1/3rd the price of a note 8 it is a no brainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it runs ok for me. The only issues i have is that within two days the bottom of my phone got bumped and the stylus flew out and somehow when it landed it broke right at the crease of the plastic and metal. I ordered another one and got sent the wrong model. Also the speakers for speakerphone or music to play are just awful and you can barely hear anything its so faint. The battery life is ok, its not terrible but also not fantastic. The camera is just awful though and is rarely in focus and is never a crystal clear photo even when it is focused. I have tried using multiple different camera apps that give you more control for manual focusing and it helps a little but not much improvement. I find myself using my old Samsung galaxy 3 phone that isnt in service just to take most of my photos.
Another issue i have periodically is i have no service for short periods of time. Like fifteen to twenty minutes here and there every few days. I have never had issues with other phones getting service in my home area at all and i haven't changed services. It will have an x on top with no bars especially if i switch from wifi to cell service. Its like it has issues kicking back into data mode.
Overall i dont think this phone is worth the price i paid and i expected a lot more.
