[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had our Xelsis in service for about six weeks now and we are really enjoying it. The variety of drinks and the customization available using the equalizer are great features. If it proves to be reliable we will be very happy customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a great cup of coffee, latte's are fabulous and the other drinks are fun. I like the ability to modify to my liking and store my preferences. The user interface is soooo intuitive I have never even looked at the manual. The real key for me is will it last? They are expensive and will be worth it if I get several years out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of research and hours online. I was hesitant to buy based on cost $$$. I chose the Xelsis and this machine is superior to similar models out there. Only reason for 4-stars is the noise from water pump. It is too loud for my standards based on the unit cost.
