Excellent Coffee/Espresso/Drink Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has a number of built-in drinks that it makes really well. It also allows you to create profiles that allow you to make many customized drinks specific to different people in your household. Coming from a Jura F9 automatic, I am generally quite happy. Each of the specific drinks can be highly customized and each of the drinks within each profile can be highly customized in a different manner for each profile. This gives you an enormous amount of flexibility in making each drink. Thhe coffee drinks taste quite good with some customization.

Outstanding Superautomatic Espresso Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Saeco superautomatic espresso maker. I won the previous generation Xelsis as well. The improvements made to this made are notable. There are obviously more drink options but the other improvements make this a top model. The milk frother is better than the outgoing model. The canister is easier to clean and the froth is even creamer with seller bubbles. You can control the temperature of the milk, too.
The front loading water reservoir is easier to use compared with the older model's top-extracting water reservoir. Access to the brew unit is also improved with access from the side-swinging door. This model is a little deeper the the older one but it fits on a counter without a problem. I like the fact you can still get stainless steel; looks great!
Highly recommended!

Lifetime fan but I wish the coffee was hotter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the purchase, we are on month 3 right now and everyone wants a coffee when they come over! My only 2 complains are the size of the water tank and I don’t think the temperature of the coffee is very hot. I enjoy hot coffee but I feel like our coffee is always lukewarm.

Better than expected...who knew?

After getting my wife past the absolute sticker shock, we both came to realize the awesome power this machines wields over us. Behold, the most amazing beverage maker of all time is only a few short clicks away. We absolutely love this machine, from it's sleek look, ease of use, but mostly for the coffee drinks it produces for us. I was skeptical, especially after reading many reviews on many different sites. I was most concerned that the coffee drinks wouldn't be hot enough as this was the main complaint expressed in multiple reviews. Not so! This is the first thing I checked and I burned my finger. It was a happy burn! I waited a week to write this review to make sure I wasn't over reacting and let the newness wear off. Didn't happen...can't wait to jump out of bed tomorrow!
