What a great machine - easy to use - full of features and programmable to my distinct tastes. My family finds it remarkably easy to use which means it gets used! Definitely happy with the purchase.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it came down to it the price was the deciding factor. I could not be more pleased!! Unpack, set up, fill up, and push a button!! That's it! After a few simple steps of set up for personal drink selections this unit makes the exact same coffee, time after time!! Very pleased with this. Extremely satisfied!!
