I would give it 5 starts if it could handle non-dairy milk better. We end up holding the container up to make sure that our oat milk doesn't splatter and actually goes in. Otherwise we lover the machine and enjoy the coffee it makes!

Individual drinks can be customized in terms of strength, temperature, foam amount, milk/coffee first etc. And customizations can then be save to Profiles. You can also adjust the grind level, which then applies to all drinks. The Coffee is outstanding. Perfect crema on dopio, espresso and ristretto. I love the detachable milk container. I mostly drink black coffees and the ability to detach and refrigerate the milk container allows for the occasional latte.
