[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy use and makes a great cup of cappuccino and other specialty coffees. It is also easy to maintain. Well worth the money.

A wonderful upgrade for us

We had a much older version of the Saeco machine for years and loved it. The grinder finally went out and we were considering sending it in for repair but decided to check out newer machines first. After much consideration and comparing we decided to purchase this newer model and are so happy we did. The new extras for us : easy choice of different brews and the milk heater/frother has been great for our daily use and for our weekly coffee get-together with friends. I’ve used milk, half and half, and homemade coconut milk in it with great success. When I read reviews before buying, some mentioned the milk was not hot enough. I have not found that to be true in our experience. We’ve been using it daily for a few months now and are really happy with our choice.

[Employee of philipsglobal] This is the best expresso machine in it's average. Workmanship, cleaning features, easy to use, price. I am happy with my coffee machine. I am enjoying the rich aroma of a expresso every morning.
The only 2 items that i would like to comment is the limited water reservoir and the space between the attached milk container and the actual drink dispenser is so close and hard to fit any cup.

Great Espresso Machine

This is a great espresso machine. It consistently makes great drinks and the automated milk frothing is amazing. It is a little loud, as expected, with the grinder and such. But the drinks are great and it has not had any issues within the first month. Cleaning is simple and only takes a few minutes weekly. It does send a lot of water into the drip tray, however, the tray is large and rarely needs to be emptied. This does use a lot of extra water though and it doesn't have a large reservoir
