i recently brought this watch and it does not seem to notify emails on ir or when phone is ringing the watch does not notify either have i done something wrong in installing or do i need to do something different - please can someone help who has this watch and has similar issues or can get email and phone notifications on it?

Great looking watch but software is lacking and the touch screen is slow to respond. I am on my third repair this year. Same issue as others: back comes off and watch won't charge anymore. Very disappointing product.

Bought this watch for Christmas a month ago. Was out of town but received a package from skagen. Get home Christmas Eve to find out they didn't ship the watch just a promotion keychain. Thank skagen!
