The jury is still out on this. I had read the mixed reviews but it was hard to resist the recent sale price. I do like the size and looks of the Falster 2 more than other Wear OS watches I've owned. Battery life is not as terrible as some have reported. I'm okay with getting a full day of moderate use. The lagging and freezing is real. Google Maps doesn't look right or work well as it does on my aging Zenwatch 3. The heart rate monitor does not register when using Google Fit. It works and shows immediately when I press the heart rate complication on one of the Skagen faces. The Skagen faces go wonky in other ways. I'll set one up with colors and complications that I like and things will change and disappear after powering on the watch. At this point I still like it enough to keep it. The deal breaker will be if the back case falls off as many have reported.
I wanted an Android smartwatch that passed along notifications, and interacted great with Google Calendar and texting. This did everything I needed and looks great too. Quality construction and materials. Recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a skagen fan for quite sometime, I have use quite a number of skagen wristwatches over the years, which incidentally encouraged me to buy this watch. Unfortunately, I regret to say that the falster 2 has been a disappointment and it isn't up to the competition in terms of build quality. Don't get me wrong, the wrist watch is very attractive but the build quality isn't there yet. Below are some of the drawbacks; 1. Poor battery life (even though this issue is a general problem with most smartwaches). 2. Poor build quality, after a few months of usage, the screen started showing signs of dead pixels. The ring around the heart rate monitor on the back of the watch fell off and the magnetic clasp on the wristband keeps sticking to anything metal, which is kind of frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Falster 2. Our customer care has reached out to you via email for further assistance with this.
Can't figure out what the benefit is of getting this watch. I needed something to take the place of my cell phone for calls when I'm busy, i.e. working or driving, and it doesn't let me know when I have calls. That is the only reason I got it. It does not come with instructions to tell me how to use it either, so it was a waste of money with no instructions included.
The new Skagen smartwatch does not disappoint. The battery has to be charged every night, but otherwise, it is a perfect watch! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
