Has been pretty responsive, some times lags - wish they used the latest qualcomm chipset. Battery life is a concern (get about 24hrs with limiting notifications). But all in all best smartwatch I've used to date. I'm a lefty and was hoping there was a way to flip the watch screen, but got around this w/ an app called Lefty on the play store. Downside to the app is that gestures will not longer work correctly. Mobile payments have been a little wonky (sometimes doesn't work or is a large lag). One gripes is that I can not find a place to order extra charging cables. Am I missing something? Want to keep one in the office to charge when I'm working and have one for mobile use, etc.

I absolutely love the design and look of this watch, very different from the typical smart watch, still looks like a unique fashionable watch while also providing cool features. I have an iPhone so not fully compatible but does everything that I want it to. BUT... the battery life is terrible, I don't use any apps and it barely lasts a full work day. And the magnetic clamp on the band is already broken. I've only had the watch two weeks and the magnet had already fallen out, had to superglue it back into place. Very disappointing that the quality is this poor for the cost of the watch and the brand. I have many Skagen watches and pieces of jewelry, and am a big fan of their style. But the quality of this watches band is truly disappointing. Otherwise love it, if it wasn't you know broken...

This is a garbage watch from a garbage company. 30 days in the little arm on the body that holds on the band on the watch falls off. I called customer support, the representative agreed that that should not have happened and the best they could offer me was to waive the shipping on the repair, however, I would have to pay for the parts. Clearly this is a design flaw and it blows my mind that this is how they choose to do business. Luckily this happened within 30 days, the last day for returns. I will not consider Skagen again or any Fossil product.

Long time Skagen owner. But this happening after such a short time is damaging the brand for me. Mesh metal bamds are a Skagen hallmark how could you release a Magnetic clasp that fell about after 2 weeks. Looks like it not covered under any warranty.

I really liked the watch, the fit and the features. Unfortunately, it only held a charge for just over eight hours. By the time 6-7pm came around, the battery was down to 10-20 percent. Wanted to keep it but had to return it because of this.
I love the look of the watch but it is quite big and thick on my small wrist. The band is nice and soft but because it is magnetic, it keeps sticking to all things around the house that are metal. It is good buy for the price but since the battery doe snot last all day, I think I will give it to my brother and buy myself an apple watch.
When I wanted to set the watch up it gave me a lot of issues, like it would just freeze I had to restart a couple of times. Response time is high, it does take a couple of seconds for it to respond when I tap. The worst is the battery - very poor battery life, it barely lasts half a day after full charge.
