Due to supply chain problems, the filter packs were not in stock. When I ordered them, they came on schedule. Very satisfied.

Clean, Crisp Air

Pros: Clean, crisp air. No coughing or sneezing due to allergens in my tropical environment.
Cons: Very expensive when compared to regular A/C filters.
Overall well worth the cost for the benefit received.

Brondell air purifier and humidifier

I love it !!! I run it 24/7 in my master suite. I have severe lung issues and it’s the first combination unit that I have come across. I was skeptical but it works like a dream. The customer service has been equally impressive and that’s a first for me! This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on anything….Ever!!!

I spoke with Tray over the phone Who helped familiarize me with the type of filters to purchase, how to install them, and send me a link for a video to help me understand the three different compartments for the total of five filters to replace. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Such a great product as well. Thank you!

Good Purifier/Humidifier but…

I have high ceilings so even though I have my purifier/humidifier in a bedroom it struggles to keep the air humidified. Also, replacement humidifier filters are really hard to purchase. I’ve been watching the website for a month and filters are still not available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filters shown in the photo and listed in the description include both the humidifier and special filter but were not in the package. According to another distributor website the humidifier filters are discontinued. Misleading and overpriced
