This roasting pan is huge - exactly what I needed for a 26lb+ turkey. It easily accommodated the turkey but barely fit into my oven - the handles almost touch the sides. Measure your oven to make sure it can accommodate this pan. I've also used it for braising full plate beef short ribs that were too large to fit into my dutch oven. The handles are large and very sturdy, with just enough space between the handle and edge of the pan to crimp aluminum foil while braising.

Substantial piece of equipment! Good thing - first project was a spatchcocked turkey at 450 degrees - and goods and juice at the bottom of the pan didn’t burn. Very good! Cleaned up well after, too. Enjoyed the extra square inches, too. Recommended!
