Bummed about the new brand...

We have KitchenAid appliances that are 7 years old and nothing cleans them except for the old Whirlpool cleaner they sold on this website only. Now they've gotten rid of it entirely so I purchased this and it did nothing. The hard water stains won't go away. So disappointed because there is no product now to clean our appliances. Would not purchase KitchenAid or Whirlpool appliances because this has been a hassle for years while I watch friends just wipe theirs down with no problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
