Doesn’t work. Seller is unresponsive

I’ve been trying to set it up for two days. It has software issues and is unable to be set up. Update doesn’t download. Tried contacting seller, they didn’t say anything back. Will return it and get a new one from Apple. This seller isn’t to be trusted, are unreliable and they don’t respond

Face came off Apple watch

Looks like the face had opened as was glued back down, which didn’t stick.
Very disappointed.
