I researched and compared smartwatches for quite awhile and for what I wanted nothing could compare to this watch. Love the look, feel and functionality especially since it works so well with my IPhone..

This watch gives me a real boost. Not only us it for messaging and cslls, but it has motivated me to get physical, to take time to breathe. It’s just amazing. I love it.

Like the watch nice to have access to phone on my wrist. Phone works better with ear buds but is usable without. Sound quality of call is mediocre at best on watch speaker. Cons would be nice to be able to delete apps or at least hide on watch that I don’t use. Built in Apple apps cannot be removed.

My Apple Watch

I use the watch to track my day to day physically activities. I especially like the notifications when I am sitting too long the watch remind me get up and walk. I like the breathing app that allow me to monitor and control my breathing twice daily. However, I would love to be able to track my daily steps. And I also love the fact that I am able to keep track and monitor my heart rate.
