The machine is reliable, well-built, and has a lovely display. It gets quite hot in use though, and it's battery life isn't stellar considering how expensive it is. Required a few restarts to get it going out of the box, but that's expected behaviour. The biggest reasons for deducting the star is really the amount of cruft that came pre-installed. It's harddrive isn't big enough to allow for the amount of stuff it came with.
