The watch wouldn't pick up my voice to make hands free calls and texts. The battery died really, really quickly and was slow. I recently returned the item and won't buy again.

This watch is great. The design of the watch is minimalistic and beautiful and does what it should. My only complaint is setting it up. It was an absolute pain to do since it had to install software updates and was initially very laggy and unusable. There were also multiple updates so it took a couple hours until it was finished. After that initial hump, it is actually a lot smoother than I had originally thought it would be and based on what reviews mentioned about the processor. Overall a great watch.

Bought to replace a Moto 360 Gen 1. I love this watch! Small and comfortable with a great screen. And for me, the battery easily lasts more than a day. Great included watch faces, too!

I want to like this watch, but it's useless. Unfortunately for Skagen, it's not their fault. They built a beautifully designed watch, both from hardware to watch faces, but they are stuck with a bad chipset provider, Qualcomm, who still isn't taking this whole smartwatch market seriously. The watch freezes, lags, and just doesn't work. I try and see the time - 3 second delay. I try to view a notification - 2 second delay. I try to start a workout - can't even navigate to the Google fit app because it freezes. I really like what Skagen has done with this watch, but there is only so far you can go without a good chipset. I've heard the 3100 is useless too, so we are likely at least 2 years out from a funtional Android smartwatch...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would love for it to be perfect but...

I looove Skagen and think their designs are impeccable. I had wanted a smart watch for a while and never bought one until my Falster 2. I had to want it because it is not easy getting Skagen watches in Canada. Now, not even 6 months after buying it, the metal ring on the back of the watch has detached and that means that it's not charging properly.
