it is so light and looks really great. So i shouldnt complain too much. Part of the weight I am sure is cause for 7-8 hrs battery life. Yeah it gets annoying to have to recharge it after the end of work, but oh well, its a balance. The charging is very fast! So its not terribly burdensome to leave it on my desk before heading out again.
I waited a long time to get a Smartwatch because I am a designer and I wanted not only a round face, but a good looking watch. I used to have an actual old-fashioned (ca. mid 1990s) Skagen watch and always received compliments on it, in fact I still have that watch I just do not wear it (maybe I will when old school watches become the style again because it held up really well). The Skagen Falster 2 literally is the only good looking Smartwatch on the market in my opinion. I would give this 5 stars, but the battery runs low quite quickly, especially if you are exercising (which all the reviews talk about on most Smartwatches). This would be a pain to have to keep charging if you had a long travel day (cars, to airports, to airplanes, to trains, to hotel, etc... with no time to plug in.). Initially I was using this watch with an iPhone, it worked fine and I was happy, except I could not use Google Fit on my iPhone. Then it was time to get a new phone and I went with the Pixel 3 and this watch works SO MUCH better with a Google phone, everything makes SO MUCH more sense and has more functionality. I am REALLY happy. I waited a very long time to get my next fitness watch after two fitbits broke on me (almost 2 years); this was worth the wait (especially because I got it on sale which made me very happy). And the Google Pay feature is a bonus I wasn't really aware of that I find myself using frequently, pretty slick if you were out exercising and needed to get something in a bind and did not have your wallet with. I would definitely recommend this watch for anyone, but especially design savvy folks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really wanted to love this watch, its a great size especially if you have a more petite wrist. Unfortunately the battery life is absolutely terrible! It doesnt last more than a day without dying and it's getting worse every day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry you are experiencing issues with the battery life on your Falster 2! Please know that upon initial setup of your device, increased battery depletion is expected as background optimizations may occur after the initial update of your watch. We will be in contact with you through email to provide you with solutions for the battery life.
This product CHANGED MY LIFE. With all the stress of 2020 I DO NOT have time to worry about the little things. I love how easy it makes my day to day life.
Sooo the first watch I received was defective- I returned it (free of cost) and got my new one in the mail within 5 days. Customer service is AWESOME, Mario especially, Holla! I guess I'll start with-I really like this watch! I have a Fossil gen 5 too that I ended up giving to my fiance because the watch face is too big for my wrist (44mm) This Skagen watch is the perfect size for me (40mm). I specifically like the blackface and how thin the bezel is on this watch. Compared to others it's almost like there is no bezel at all! Spotify and Google fit work perfect for me and the heart rate monitor and step counter are both accurate. I have a Google Pixel 4xl and everything works seamlessly. One of my most used purchases in the last two years. Even with the somewhat (okay- very outdated processor) it still works well I'm going to guess it's because Google keeps up on their updates.- I would definitely suggest to others!
This watch is well constructed, looks great, and I am overall very happy with it. It can be slow at times (I wish it had more RAM), but for my day-to-day use-cases it performs just fine. After the first 3-4 days the battery settled and now consistently lasts me a full 24 hours with power to spare (all features on except tilt and touch-to-wake and the heart rate monitor because I don't like/use those features). Overall I'm very happy with the product.
