There may be an issue with the camera itself or the overall amount of light being received by the panel itself. Since this relies on the sun for power, this must be properly adjusted to make sure it catches the sun the majority of the day time. We will keep your feedback in consideration during the production of future products.
If needed, you can send in an image of your current set up to confirm this is properly adjusted.
The camera works very well and solar panel but the mounting stand will not hold the panel and the end of the stand is cracked unable to lock the panel in position, have to lock the top of the solar panel against the wall to prevent it turning.Got in touch with your company and they gave me a support enquiry no.#07NJCQ could you please advise me of the next process

Is my second time I’m getting this camera and don’t work properly ,the first camera worked for few weeks and stopped working so I head to return it and I got another one and with the second one same problem is the worst camera
