Knobs plastic metalized rings melted

We’ve had this range since our kitchen remodel. Like the functionality but the knobs plastic metalized rings bubbled up and blistered to reveal the white plastic beneath the metalized finish shortly after installation. We’ve just lived with it but would like to replace these rings/knobs to return to a more aesthetic less tired look. We are now 8 years since install and as mentioned the unit functions well but the knob design needs to be re-thought.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yearly igniter repairs, plastic melted knob rings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the issue that our repair man told us with this oven is that the plate on the bottom is too close to the igniter which is very fragile so it blows every year and we have to fix it every year. Also the knobs are plastic and they melted right away, not the actual knobs, but the rings on the knobs so it looks Gross.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
