Died after 5 months

Bought this freezer in March 2021. It worked great for 5 months. It stopped freezing food exactly 5 months after plugging it in! Repairman says it is a non repairable unit. Wow - planned obsolescence! Don't recommend this product at all. Hotpoint does not stay cold!

It stopped working an repair man said you will have to replace cause the coils are messed up don’t buy this it didn’t last a month

Don’t buy this. It’s not reliable. The deep freezer fails to stay cool and breaks every year and a half. The warranty is worthless and doesn’t cover anything. Don’t buy.
