Everything seems fine except the lid was dented. Doesn't seem to affect the seal. Noticed that other reviews I read also had this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the freezer about a month ago and it has been working great. Easy setup -
out of the box and plug in. Looks good also. Light weight with lots of room inside.

My upright freezer decided to stop working so I had to find another one. Could not find what I wanted so I decided to find something to put the rest of my frozen food in. Your freezer was able to store most of my food without having the basket.

Just what I needed!

Looked online and went into the store but couldn't actually see this exact model so ordered online. Received it in a few days, took 5 minutes to setup and we've been filling it up! Holds a lot, price was good. It is everything we expected.
