Adequate but not worth it if you have kids

It works well enough, even picking up large pieces of dog food, but it really struggles in a few places i didn’t expect. Such as- up and down certain rugs, the base of a lamp, under the couch where an electrical cord caught it up- gets stuck a lot.
Additionally the app is poor. It didn’t pair for a long time and then finally did and worked for about two weeks and then suddenly it said my vacuum was “offline”. It still works if i press the button on the top to start but if you have kids that leave little things around it’s not worth the hassle. You basically have to deep clean before it can operate. if you’re trying to just clean the one rug on your hardwood floor, it can’t stay in one spot. Not worth the hassle. I should have just bought an actual vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Bot for Perfect Cleaning

Thank you DEEBOT for building the perfect cleaning bot. We have 1100 sft house with carpet most of the area.
First of all Robot mapped our house perfectly and then using app I was able to create dead zones/no entry zone.
I have created a cleaning schedule, and thats it. I always find our house clean.
Dog hair gets tangled in bot brushes, that is acceptable i guess.

This robot links with an app to be run on a schedule or to run anytime, you can select edge or full room cleaning and it returns back to base once done. It does not map but it does seem to do a thorough job. I do wish it did mail so at least I could see where it cleaned.

I purchased a Deebot a few years ago and loved it but it didn't last more than 6-8 months before it would only go in circles. I took a chance on it again and I hope this one lasts longer, b/c I really do love it. I am enjoying this one but since I had a bad 1st experience I think I have it in the back of my mind that this one will eventually do the same.
