[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the mopping function and horsepower of vacuum is reasonably good. However, there is no proper mapping function available in the app, or in the robot. As a result, robot usually end up somewhere, failing to returning to its home base to charge. I cant exactly know where it is as I was not notified. And, there is no notification where it got stuck or some malfunction through the apps, hence, no instant solution can be found.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a neato for years,when it quit working ,went shopping for a new robot and came across this one,and decided to give it a try,very quiet,cleans really well we have a cat and labador so lots of hair, ,only problem is the dirt bin is a tad smaller, but we just empty more often, we have hardwood and area rugs would definitely buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My DeeBot (Deebo) as he's nicknamed in our household and in our app is incredible at keeping my floors clean. I'm very particular about the level of cleanliness in my house. Deebo was purchased for my birthday about a month ago and I am in love. I have 2 dogs and live on 5 acres of land. The dust, dirt and dog hair accumulates so fast, and I used to spend a chunk of my weekends cleaning the floors, but Deebo gets it all. I have it scheduled for each morning as I am getting ready for work on the weekdays, and then at 9 am on the weekends. The container holds about 2-3 days worth and my floors look and feel clean without any effort from me. My only complaint is that he occasionally gets stuck on the edges of my cowhide rug, and ALWAYS gets stuck at the corner of my pantry, which is why I have him set to run while I am home and can quickly get him back on track.

It works better than I imagined. I don't know how the competitor at twice the cost could be any better. The phone app and the remote features are great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
