[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a great deal on labor day so for the price, it's a great lil vacuum. It does my tile floor and my carpet just fine. The remote is handy. It sometimes loses connection to the network and it only works with 2.4 wifi which can get annoying sometimes. There's been a few times I've come home and it didn't make it back home before running out of battery. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend, especially if you can get it on sale.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occasionally gets stuck under things or on things but for the most part it works great. A few times it hasn’t been able to find home but that’s rare and for the benefit of not having to vacuum as much it’s great!
I got it last month. In happy with it. My dog leaves hair trails there the apt and this helps keep it clean you do have to do a good vacuuming once or twice a week still this only gets the top layer. I wish it told you that the dust trap was full u have to check the bin to see how much is in it and it doesn't like finding the charger. You do have to bring it to the charger at times. And you do have to make sure its charging it will do a quarter charge and stop or go to a half charge and stop.

Thank you for your feedback. For areas that need some extra attention, try enabling the max mode in the app which increases the suction of the unit by up to 2x. If the robot is struggling to return to the charger, make sure to leave a few feet of space clear on each side of the charger. I have left her on and was at the grocery store and I can put her to charge just using the app. Very convenient app. There are a few different modes too. I have all hard floors with area rugs. She cleans both well. She also learns your room layout by using her. Would definitely recommend.

The customer support has been unlike any I have ever experienced. Whenever I emailed Evovac with a question and they responded each time within the hour.

It is not performing as well as our previous brand. It seems to die quicker and gets stuck on things//in corners. We hope his memory gets better and his routine improves with time.
