This guy, while sometimes he seems lost, has done a great job. A week in, and already he’s made a big impact. My terrier isn’t a big fan - but the vacuum does get a lot of his hair.
Love it, however, it easily gets caught on anything on the floor. Rugs, cords, socks. These cause it to quit running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. Room preparation prior to running the DEEBOT's cycle is an important aspect for optimal performance. Since the DEEBOT does have trouble getting stuck on everyday objects such as loose clothes or cords, removing them prior to cleaning will result in a less interrupted cycle. It struggles with hair and mine didn't come with the tool that cleans it. Better for hardwood but makes a difference on carpet with every other day use. If you are looking for a great robo vac this is a solid choice.

App difficult to setup and wheel errors out of box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app was very difficult to get setup. Never could set it op an my iPhone. Luckily I have an android as well. I was able to get it setup on that phone. It has been failure. Right out of the box, I have wheel malfunction errors every couple of minutes. Nothing is actually wrong however. The floors are basically clean and this is brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a mother's day gift and probably the best thing I have ever been given. I have q dog who sheds short hair all over and this definitely keeps the mess down. Surprisingly low profile and fits under our couches easily. I dump mine daily because of the amount of dog hair, but it could go every few days if it wasn't for that. It programs easily and the app is easy to navigate. I haven't used it on our longer carpet, but it works great on our hard floor and low rugs. Small rugs (like door mats) occasionally get caught in the sweeper, so I pick them up before bed and run it at night.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system does great job vacuuming. The reason I purchased it is because I have an older sister version that was awesome. My only gripe is that this one does not find its way back to the charger very well. So about 30% of the time I have to find it and put it on the charger, something that was a rare occurrence with the older model.

To help the robot on its journey home, please make sure to leave a few feet of space clear on each side of the charging station, as well as limiting the amount of infrared signals between the charger and the robot. I wish it notified me when the waste container is full.
