Both handles snapped on me within hours of my first trip. Top one snapped walking out of my house. They are made just out of plastic with no give and snap with any type of weight.

I have purchased two other Disney suitcases without this problem. I returned this bag and quickly received a refund. The only problem is that the price has gone up $10 for almost all of the other patterns.

It's a very lovely suitcase, it's very big and cute but one handle tore off the minute I grabbed the bag, and the other broke when I arrived to my destination.Those handles didn't last a whole trip. And my baggage wasn't even heavy, it still had plenty of room inside. What a waste! I needed the bag so badly so I took it like that to my trip even after the first handles came off.

Love the look of this luggage. However the top handle on the 28” size snapped in half as I took it out of the box. I hope the handle can be replaced. :(
