Home Flash Drive Speed Test Makes Samsung WINNER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all my other flash drive (non-Samsung) it's by far the quickest to load whatever % full. I know as I set-up my own home-thumbdrive(usb)speed test against 2 (other) well known media makers and I did so downloading a test-set # of files from my desktop (Windows 11) and then uploading the same test-set # of files back to windows file exployer. Using my recently received New Galaxy S25 Ultra 512Gb Unlocked from Samsung.com greatest online trade-in offer ever, using the stopwatch function from the Clock app my Samsung 128-Gb Flash or Thumb Drive.purchased online recently won out significantly in the download and upload tests against it's 2 toughest competitors. I couldn't have made a better purchase--apples to apples it was sale-priced and beat the same 2 competitors in the price tag test I performed in the store! Incidentally, I didn't cover this earlier but the other 2 competitors flash drives are also 128Gb in capacity and less than a month old--gifts from colleagues at my official retirement party at Atlas.

I ALWAYS keep my usb drive with me that has to contain EVERYTHING important in my computer, in case something happens to the house while I'm gone. This meant I needed something that could handle the elements, because I also ride my Harley in thunderstorms if the weather is warm enough. When I found Samsung's usb flash drives and read how they are waterproof and so much more, I bought one that instant. I * STILL* have the very first one I bought about a decade ago. I now have 6 of the drives...3 of the bar drives, and three of the short drives. I keep these in a plastic baggie in my pocket wherever I go. My house could burn down and other than the loss of equipment my meager disability check could get me over the years, I would be able to get on any computer I wanted and have all my information right there. I even have one of the short drives contains a live version of Slackware Linux that I use. These drives are worth every penny! At this moment, there's literally no other flash drive, from any other company, I would use. These drives have held up through all weather, all kinds of situations (like being in my pocket crawling in the mud under the house when a water pipe burst the other night. MUDDY is all I was when I got done), etc, and works like new always.
