I bought this watch in NYC last April. I have sent it in for repairs twice. Each time the representatives at the repair shop were awesome! They finally sent me a brand new watch and this one is doing the same thing the other one did. It will not sync my text messages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it for a Christmas gift. The look was sharp and great quality, as expected with Michael Kors products. Unfortunately , I’ll be returning it. If you have a IPhone it’s very difficult to use. Even for tech savvy people. Several of us tried for a couple hours , plus there’s some features you can’t use when using with a IPhone . I would recommend this product for anyone with an Android .

I love this watch! I get so many compliments! It has so many more apps then I originally thought. I love how u can customize the face. The battery life is not very long so I have to charge it every night but other then that it’s my favorite accessory!

I love it so much. It is pretty and has all the functions that I need in a watch. However, I do have to reconnect it to my phone several times a day to get it to send me notifications.

My fiance loved the watch, but only after a few months of having it, the back fell off. Poor workmanship, especially for how much it costs. I expect better.
