I bought 3 PH Z27 27 inch 4K displays - the Elite book only allows 1 4K so either I use 2 at 2K or 1 at 4K. I will actively avoid buying HP products in the future

I bought the Z27 monitor and it's great. I love it. But since I've bought this monitor I have been relentlessly spammed by HP. I've unsubscribed 3 times over the past week and the emails keep coming. Including the email asking for this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this delivered to my house and the box was a little damaged but once I opened it up, I could tell that the monitor was safely packaged in the box. No issues at all. It was very easy to get out of the box, set up on stand and plug in to my current laptop. It has multiple cord options included, I used the lightening cable since I already have my HDMI port in use. No issues at all. I love having multiple monitors to be able to always display my email, my online meetings and then whatever other application I am working on at the moment
Pros: Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this monitor to accurately show colors and have a larger digital workspace. The DreamColor Z27 did not disappoint. As a graphic designer, this monitor is top notch for color calibration, and shows off the colors I have specced in true to life fashion. All in all a great monitor to use with my Mac Mini, along with connecting my HP laptop with on occasion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hp dream color monitor is very nice. The 27 inch screen makes viewing your work so much easier and brings out every detail. The software that comes with it is easy to install and works great too. The stand is build well too. It’s heavy but I like how you can move it around how ever you need it to be.

As a professional photographer I always tell up and comers to focus on spending their funds on glass vs. the camera body, as the lens makes the image. Same thing with high end monitors. It doesn't matter what you connect this to, you'll be a better photo / video editor with predictable, true to life results every time.
First impression was the size of the box (!) and weight of this monitor. The stand and casing is metal. It exudes quality throughout - it's obvious that this is a serious professional tool vs. a plastic curved screen toy of a display. I really appreciate the fact that HP placed the menu buttons all right on the front bezel, especially given the vast amount of control you have from those buttons. The ability to enable the internal CPU and run jobs within the monitor is fantastic. There is a small colorimeter eye that rotates from the top bezel via a small motor and calibrates the screen on demand.
I calibrated this monitor with my room colors, matched the color profile to my pro level inkjet printer, and was blown away by how accurate both pieces came out. Placing the printout next to the monitor the color was quite simply exact.
I've heard comments about the fact that the lionshare of academy award winning video editors use this monitor (or a DreamColor like it) and now I believe every word of it. This isn't a casual gamer display (brightness and refresh rate aren't as high as they'd want anyways) but for wedding photographers - any photographers - and video editing, this is a very high end, professional level tool with color accuracy the likes of which I've never seen anywhere else. As with a high end camera lens, you get what you pay for, and this monitor is absolutely worth the investment for experienced amateurs and pros alike.
