I've never had any issues with a display...until this one. There are many problems:
-it don't stay connected to my laptop over USB-C. It drops the connection entirely and then reconnects every few moments.
-i bought another USB-C cable and this one at least will hold the connection. Maybe HP ships a substandard cable?
-there is a lag over 4K. what is the point of using a high quality monitor when you get a lag?

I'm still investing time in trying to get this to work (again, in 30 years I've never had to do anything to get a display to work as advertised other than plug it in) but will likely return this display.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

had it for several weeks now. picture is great. connects easy - I work from home and tend to move it around the house with me so reconnecting easy is nice. would love it to be a bit lighter but Im sure thats probably a symptom of all 27" monitors. All-in-all, I do recommend highly and would buy again.,

Buggy Firmware, When using DisplayPort manually disable input Auto-Switch on the monitor or display will blink intermittently. No Firmware Patch available yet. Disappointed in lack of QA on the firmware.

Great display for our employees

We currently have about 10 of these displays in our company, and the employees that have them love them! The colors are bright, crisp and clear, and the small bezel around the display adds a nice touch. The USB-C Functionality is nice for quick hoteling as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The displays work great. No complains, but took a long time to arrive. There went any in inventory so had to wait weeks for them to be made and delivered. They arrived sooner then expected but still much slower than ordering anywhere else that had inventory.
It has a good range of ports, between display port, HDMI and a bunch of USB ports both A and C. Also like that it has the VESA mounting screws under the stand attachment. So if you use the stand they’re covered but are easy to access to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to go with my new Z4G4 workstation but after hooking it up I found out there are no speakers in monitor. Also when plugging a flash drive into the side of monitor the pc doesn't recognize it so not sure how that's suppose to work.

Best productivity monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a programmer, I needed a bigger monitor for all the things I need open at one time. This monitor has solved that and then some. First off, this thing is beautiful! Very tiny bezel around the screen, colors and resolution that puts my old monitor to shame, and a great looking stand. I’m able to rotate the screen into portrait mode for coding when needed. The stand doesn’t take up much room on my desk, so I’m able to clear more space for keyboard and notepads. While this monitor isn’t really for gaming, my games haven’t looked better. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone needing a productivity boost. This is a top class monitor.
Pros: Lightweight
