It's very difficult to find - but this was my winner, and boy has it been a blessing. This microwave works quickly, reliably and efficiently, and it's quiet and attractive. Everything I was looking for - highly recommended!

This is our third

We bought this microwave to replace our original GE microwave that we owned for many years. We bought this one on 10/7/2012 and with-in three weeks I am having to replace it. I hope this one will make it as long as our original one, if not longer. Only time will tell. GE does make dependable appliances, but you will find a defective one now and then.

I purchased this model JES1138WL a year ago and the inside started to peel. I brought it back to the store and they replaced it with a model close to it. I payed for a 2 year warranty on it. Overall this microwave seems a lot better than the first one I had. It is quiet and cooks fast. I would recommend it for the price.

This product was a Christmas gift, so far it's performance has been excellent, my previous GE microwave didn't have some of the keypad features. especially like these.
