Lemon. Just a lemon.

I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago. Thus far, compressor and ice maker replaced. Ice maker still not working. Too much money was paid for this and they should replace the whole thing. List an entire fridge and freezer full of food. They said they’re sending reimbursement check for food. Still waiting on that. I’m a bit upset about this. I used to recommend LG to everyone. Funny how I now have friends in the market and live my fridge. I told them don’t buy it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first the water stopped. So the tech came to fix it and he replaced all sort of things on the door and three doors later on and got it right. Now after few months the fridge no longer cools. I have never in my life had a fridge that does not cool anymore in such a short time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet, I have to put my ear to it to see if its running. I put a digital thermometer in the fridge and its running between 36 and 38 degrees. Right on in the money! Makes good ice, and use the i've bucket that comes with the unit to store tons of ice in the freezer. Very happy so far. 7 days of ownership.

Don't waste your money

We have had our LG for 2 1/2 years and suddenly it just stopped working. I've had to throw all the food away. Trying to get anyone from LG to do anything is a nightmare.

Pretty, good organization in refrigerator...but...

I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, it is pretty and I do like the room for organization in the refrigerator area. However, the top freezer drawer was not assembled correctly (pictures provided) and this has caused a lack of seal and excess frost build up (more than what one might expect as "normal")

Not cold now, food melt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it for about 3 years. from last year, I noticed the refrigerator was working all the time and not cold enough, so I unplug it, and found out the fan and the cooling stuff behind it was all frozen, after the ice melt, I put everything back and plug it. I never expected this became a hobby of my refrigerator, I kept doing this every couple months. Now, it have a new hobby, it will cool as its wish, but most of time it will not ice cold, food melted. I check every doors, pushing them firm all the time as my new routine.
