The pan is a great size and I was excited to find it. However, after using it only one time, with the rack that it came with, the Teflon is already scratched. Why would you not put silicone tips on the rack where it touches the pan? I was so cautious and washing my pan but it was your lack of planning and poor design that has already put scratches in four places in my pan. I will not be purchasing another one. I am extremely disappointed.

I bought this about 3 years ago . I really love the roaster but, the coating inside the pan has started peeling off. It states that it has a life time warranty.My question is how do I get this covered under warranty?
