Poor suction

This wall exhaust hood came with our new built house. We are only 3 years out in and this exhaust suction is horrible, every time we cook we must clean the whole house because there are grease everywhere. We are planning to replace the exhaust with something stronger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are incredibly sorry to hear that this wall hood isn't performing well, we know that can be frustrating to deal with. We'd recommend trying out a couple of troubleshooting steps, as they can make the difference when it comes to the air movement.
The first thing to check for is any obstructions in the ductwork, this is if you have it installed to vent outside. Also, make sure to give the grease filter a check, this should be cleaned every 6 months or so. If you are running the hood to recirculate, then it could be that the charcoal filter needs to be replaced.
