Almost Great!

I bought this in June of 2019, it was a great computer until the end of August 2020 when one of the hinges snapped, breaking the screen along with it. Any repair companies want nearly what I paid to purchase this new for a repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop had everything that I needed and it is fast. It very light weight at only 3.3 lbs. The is a little light but no deal breaker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not allow download

Only good to block spam tried to download stuff it always loads but blocks it. Tried to remove Microsoft edge it wouldn’t let me this is terrible .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are having issues downloading third-party software.
The laptop comes with a WINDOWS 11 S Mode version, which was intended for speed, simplicity, and security. Only applications available at the Microsoft Store can be installed. If this is your first experience with Windows 11, please go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features?r=1 for helpful tips on how to navigate within the OS smoothly. In order to install third-party applications, the OS needs to be switched to WINDOWS 11 HOME. For tutorials on how to switch the OS, please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11. Switching the OS from S Mode to Home Edition is free. Oncce the switch to Windows 11 Home is successful, you can download, install and use a third-party web browser application. Microsoft Edge is integrated in the OS, this cannot be removed or unsnstalled.

Life Saver Recording old Pictures

Purchased some time ago, but never activated until my previous Laptop started to act up.
This unit now has all my saved pictures, and the old unit can rest now in that place old laptops go to when the no longer function.
