[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this to replace an old Magic Chef 1981 oven. The features are outstanding and we love the color and texture of the inside of the oven. So far so good on the coking. It is very quiet despite some reviewers stating it is loud (our unit is not loud at all). Our son had convection baked French fries for the first time and LOVED them. They were crisp, fast and delicious.
Our only small snag was during convection pre-heat my wife opened the door until the door chime alarm sounded and it sat on pre-heat at 370 for several minutes. This may just be the newness of the appliance and our learning how it all works. One nice feature is if you have the oven on the convection setting, but put in the regular baking instruction heat setting the oven automatically adjusts the heat. This prevents you from burning an item as convection cooks faster than regular baking. Overall we are very happy thus far.
