[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After considering much higher-end brands we ultimately went with these LG ovens because of their look, features & ratings on consumer reports. We've had them for a year and I can honestly say they work incredibly well. My favorite setting is convection roast which functions similarly to an air fryer and gets vegetables and roast crispy. The style matches our modern kitchen. Overall I can highly recommend.

Not what I expected

The oven is solid, nothing in it has broken. I had LG appliances at my old home and when we bought our next home I was excited to buy all new lg appliances. The thing I don’t like about this oven is that it takes a LONG time to get to temperature.

Scratches too easy

The sliding shelves permanently scratched the enamel. Not to mention too hard to get in/out. Oven’s controls are dark on dark with no backlight making them VERY difficult to see.

I bought this in 2021 when having a kitchen remodel, ordered early because of inventory issues, and it was installed September 2022. I bought it after reading all the good reviews, but I am now on my 2nd service call - the 1st was under warranty, and I am very disillusioned. Parts have been ordered, it is either the thermostat or the electronic board, as it will neither heat nor broil so it will actually take two service calls to repair. I have now been without an oven for over two weeks so I am not happy.
