GOOD ENOUGH MONITOR

The monitor works well for technical software and also for gaming. I recommend to verify if the product works at the purchase time. To me the purchased product did not work and had to return. BestBuy promptly assisted me in return and purchase of another product that tested and proved in working condition. Great services BestBuy.

Tilt

Everything is fine except the tilt. I downloaded the full detailed manual according to which the monitor is supposed to be able to tilt 25 degrees up and 5 degrees down, But there is no instruction how to do it. From the hardware provided I don't see how it can be done anyway.

Great bargain!

As I'm working from home now, needed to upgrade my home office with dual monitors. Got 2 of these, and a Vivo dual monitor stand. At first I couldn't figure out why the picture was so dim and washed out - played with all the settings and could not make it look good. Then realized that the refresh was at the default 60 Hz - changed it to 75 hz, and wow!!! What a difference! Reset settings to default, and the image was fantastic. Playing Far Cry 4 at 3840x1080 resolution was incredible - the game spanned both monitors - the submersion is amazing. Highly recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty solid monitor

I've had this for about a year now and it's been pretty solid from Day 1. The monitor is 75Hz but you have to manually change the refresh rate in the settings which is kind of annoying.
PROS: Great response time, solid colors, decently bright, good size.
CONS: Base is made of flimsy plastic and it's non-adjustable. Might be better off using your own monitor stand. Display could definitely be brighter. Blacks could definitely be darker as well.

Not perfect but great on sale price

Purchased on sale at a hundred dollars off MSRP, and at that price point its a very solid monitor for the price. I would explicitly say at MSRP this monitor is NOT worth the price though.
I would just like to confirm some specs, it is certainly NOT an IPS display. It DOES have tilt in the stand (its just really stiff), and the display with over drive turned off looks great. For some reason you get some CRAZY ghosting issues with the "over drive" mode on max, but at medium or off it looks perfect.
Are the speakers any good? No. Absolutely not, worse than most laptops and phones. But they exist? So thats good?
Over-all its not a bad monitor but I do think there are better options out there for less money at retail price. I would only get this monitor on sale.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Quality

Bought this a little over a year ago. Bad pixel almost within the first few months. Now there is a burnt out smidge near the bottom.
Not very good quality, save money on something cheaper or buy a more expensive monitor.
