Glitchy, control panel and lights malfunction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house w/ brand new appliances including the impressive looking Jennair column fridge and freezer. Within the first day the control panel wasn't working properly but after restarting, it worked well for about 3 months and now the lights are completely out and the panel no longer lights up. Very disappointing. The ice maker also only makes these tiny cubes of ice (0.5") and there's no way to change sizes, and there's no way to turn off the door chime, which seem surprising for such a high end fridge.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stainless steel doors have blemishes in corners attempted 3 replacements. Finally settled on a credit. Jennair definitely needs to work harder
