Ice maker water line failed first day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am not impressed. The line to the ice maker failed the day we moved into our new house and leaked on the brand new wood flooring. We shut off the ice maker and called the dealer. Now waiting for parts. Also, as huge as it appears, there’s not a lot of room for storage! It’s fairly shallow and there’s no way a turkey and my roasting pan will fit…. Good thing we saved the ol’ beer fridge because I’m going to need it for Thanksgiving. Finally, the stainless steel is IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP CLEAN. It always looks smeared no matter what I do!
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been in our new home for close to 2 months. We've noticed that it's keeping our food longer than in our past place. We also love the look and the little sounds when you open the door. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that you do have to put for more than typical effort to get the door open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is attractive, but not deep enough for a high-end refrigerator and a household that does a lot of entertaining. Door is impossible to close without aggressive force. Disappointing functionality after having a Subzero.

Worth the price?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We procured the column refrigerator and freezer in February. Equipment was in stock. What I found to be unacceptable:
1. Delivery was unacceptable as the wrong front panel was delivered for the freezer. We had to reschedule twice due to the delivery team getting lost.
2. Installation manual is grossly inadequate as there is no reference to what fasteners to use where, the side covers are not easily removed, and the jackscrews are poor quality.

Love the overall design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just did an entire home remodel and went with JennAir column refrigerator with panel fronts to match cabinets. Really love the overall design and did not realize it had a water dispenser inside which was a nice added bonus/feature. The best part is opening in the early morning and not being blinded by the bright lights that are typical on most refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shallower refrigerator has saved a foot of space in our kitchen and the height makes up for any depth lost. The lighting is beautiful, drawers are quality with soft-close feature and the shelves are easy to clean. We have had the water stop randomly for 4 days but no other issues to note.
