great camera's for viewing

you'll be lucky if it records anything. Always catches the mailman walking away from camera. He had to walk up driveway to get to mailbox. Usually catches him almost getting to neighbors. Worst security ever. catches drivers going by on street great too but god forbid the dome light comes on in your truck in the middle of the night. let's not record that right??? Wish you'd just give me back my money so I can stop giving you bad reviews. Maybe if you left bad reviews up I wouldn't have got stung buying a bad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Swann Indoor Camera. PIR sensors work optimally when the camera is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the camera the better the detection reliability.
When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible. You may need to experiment with the sensitivity settings in the app and camera placement to get the ideal mix of detection and battery life as too much sensitivity can reduce battery life.
Refunds can only be processed within the first 30 days of purchase.

I bought about this product and I'm very satisfied it is also heat sensing which makes it even better

We are glad to hear about your positive experience with Swann. If you enjoyed the SWWHD-INDCAM we also have other cameras that will work with the same application (Safe by Swann). Such as the SWWHD-FLOCAMW which is an outdoor floodlight camera or the SWWHD-OUTCAM. The SWWHD-OUTCAM is an outdoor wireless camera with a weather rating of IP66. Both these cameras are equipped with Swann's True Detect thermal technology.

Not the greatest video quality but for the price it’s ok. I rebooted my WiFi and the cameras reconnected by themselves just fine, so that’s another great thing about them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.
