Beautiful & functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were remodeling our kitchen the one thing I knew for sure was that I wanted a gas cooktop. I never saw this one in person, but I loved the size of it and the features (I had always wanted a 5 burner). When it was installed, it was so beautiful I was afraid to use it! I have been using it for just a couple of weeks and I love it. It lights very easy and cooks beautifully. I have not yet used the grill that came with it, but am very excited to. I had gone from an electric glass top to this model and the clean up is so much easier with this cooktop. I know many people think the glass tops are easy to clean, but after awhile it is hard to get clean and just looks dirty. The grates come off of this cooktop and go right in the dishwasher. Just fabulous all around!

Not at all happy with the cooktop! The “ink” has all come off and the knobs have a plastic bottom and have all cracked/broken off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one of these for our previous house and loved it. When we had our new house built, we wanted the same unit. Unfortunately, right from the start, the knobs were hard to turn and became worse such that one of the knobs would not turn at all. They were repaired today. We would give LSCG367ST five stars if not for the, hopefully, temporary knob problem.

Excellent Cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this cooktop! Our old one was a piece of junk. It was 30 years old and installed by the original builder of our home. It was also a non-standard size, which meant that I had to cut out the hole in our granite to allow this to fit. Boy, was it worth the effort! This LG cooktop is beautiful! I LOVE the fact that the knobs light up when it is on. The center burner has become our favorite. It is so hot! The surface cleans up very quickly. I don't know if it has some special surface that makes cleaning easier, or if it is because this is simply brand new. The grates are pretty light too. All grates are going to be somewhat heavy, but these aren't overly heavy. Some other brands that I researched have super heavy grates. That makes them harder to remove to clean underneath. We have not used the griddle. To me, the griddle is only good for pancakes. If I cook other things on it, the splatter will create too much of a mess. The lack of sides will also make it harder to flip food and move things around. But I must say that for griddles, this one is super light. I can easily lift it with one hand. Like the grates, other griddles are much heavier.

Poor quality of knobs

I bought gas cooktop LSCG367ST a couple years ago and the knobs started falling apart. It looks like poor quality of plastic has been used. It is practically impossible to find part number or new knobs replacement. Metal top part of knobs became separated from plastic under it and stop function.

Nice gas cooktop but maintenance issue one year in

We have been very happy with the cooking experience and burner format. We did have an issue with them knob supports (clear plastic piece that keeps knob smooth and level). LG has sent replacements for all of them. Awaiting receipt.
