Miss Top Rack

We had a prior version of this dishwasher that had a top third rack that could hold silver ware, utensils, and small dishes, it was very useful. We were disappointed that this unit which was part of a builder Cafe package did not include the top rack.
Dishwasher works fine and is quiet.

big disappointment

wish I had thought through how I would use this before I bought it. ex: to load silverware you have to open the door all the way and pull out the bottom drawer. our old dishwasher had silverware in the door so you only opened slightly. the bottom rack distance is really impractical and the top middle rack normally for bowls doesn't hold anything in place. Overall it holds fewer dishes in less space efficient ways and is annoying to load. That said, it is very quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice unit, but plastic parts are sub par

I like the unit and it’s varying levels of programmability. It’s also reasonable quiet. I’ve only had it 9 weeks now and the plastic flip covers in the silverware trays have lost their ability to remain open. It seems a small thing, but it’s not when you are using it 365 times a year for 10 years.

Surpisingly Quiet

The unassuming, fairly plain look of this dishwasher blends into the kitchen nicely. There are many cycle options making it versatile for different needs. But the best part of all is how incredibly quiet this dishwasher is while running.
