Nice combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is really nice and I like the microwave/ oven combo. The downside is the way the microwave door opens. Because it opens top down I can't reach the back of it.

Useless features prevent from working

This is only a couple years old and now can't get control lock off. Who needs this feature anyway? Now i have to spend hard earned money just to unlock it. Ridiculous!

Broken after 1 year 4 months of light use

We bought WOC54EC7HS22 model (serial number DC1514841) around June 2023. As soon as we got it the turn table in microwave stopped working. Luckily we were still in whirlpool warranty so they replaced the turn table motor. The WIFI never connected but we never got to fix it. Now it looks like that was a manufacturing fault as well. Just this month the appliance started giving boat load of problems and the appliance is not usable anymore. Reading these reviews looks like others have run into them as well. The oven now shuts down with error: F8E0 "Upper Fan Speed". Resetting power didn't help. The appliance stopped detecting close door. It always thinks the door is open. Appliance shuts down randomly. We used this appliance very lightly since we bought it. It is immaculately clean and no spillage. Unfortunately it is a piece of garbage now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst oven we ever owned

Wish I could give this product a zero rating. This oven was part of our new home purchase and the builder sent out repairmen 3 times and finally replaced it. It still doesn't work. We hardly use it because we have to constantly set the oven to the correct temperature because it looses heat, especially if it is higher than 355 degrees. I am looking now to replace the oven again since the toaster oven is often too small to use all of the time. This product is a total waste of money. You can warm something up if the time and temperature doesn't matter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality microwave.

Have had this microwave/oven combo for 22 months with no problems until the screen displayed F1E6 Microwave Magnetron. I have been without my microwave and oven for 5 weeks. The appliance repair Company is trying to find the new magnetron which makes us nervous. I would much rather get a different brand after reading all the very poor reviews of this oven. Whirlpool has lost our business.
